Kovach Eye Institute is a rapidly growing multi-location ophthalmology practice and surgery center seeking a skilled Direct Sales Professional to expand our direct sales force. This position offers unprecedented compensation in our industry for individuals with the right skills and experience.
The ideal candidate will possess primary experience in eyecare sales or a proven successful track record in medical or pharma sales. We are looking for someone who has been a Presidents Club or sales award winner with a minimum of 3-5 years sales experience.
This role plays a key component in growing sales and revenue by encouraging referring Optometrists to refer patients to KEI. The major focus will be on increasing cataract and refractive consults. Next is to drive increased retina, glaucoma, and general ophthalmology patients.
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the internal departments, Patient Educators, Surgical Schedulers, billing processes, internal referrals and marketing team so the patient experience remains high-level.
- Manages the follow-up process by reaching out to potential OD's whom have already expressed an interest in KEI advanced technology to help educate them on the KEI process, and retain current OD relationships.
- Takes responsibility to keep informed and educated on the latest technology KEI offers for LASIK and all cataract and advanced technology premium procedures.
- Attends and participates in the development and execution of the KEI Consultative Sales Process and related training, meetings etc.
