Job Title: Sales Representative
The Kovach Eye Institute is a rapidly growing multi-location ophthalmology practice and surgery center seeking a highly skilled sales representative to join its direct sales force.
This exciting opportunity offers unprecedented compensation in the industry for individuals with the right skills and experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for calling on optometrists in one of several territories in the Chicagoland area, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed revenue and patient volume goals for assigned territory
- Drive increased cataract and refractive consults, as well as retina, glaucoma, and general ophthalmology patients
- Manage account data input into Compulink (EMR system) and HubSpot routing
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-level patient experience
- Prepare paperwork necessary to close sales for new and co-managed OD business
Requirements:
- Primary experience in eyecare sales or a proven track record in medical or pharma sales
- Presidents Club or sales award winner with a minimum of 3-5 years sales experience
- Proven success in account/relationship management and prospecting for new accounts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive sales targets
