The ideal candidate will be proficient in surgical scrub techniques, sterile field maintenance, and assisting during ophthalmic surgeries. - Set up and maintain sterile surgical fields for ophthalmic surgeries, including cataract surgery, retina and oculoplastic procedures
- Provide direct assistance to surgeons during procedures
- CST with over 1 year of experience in ophthalmic surgeries is preferred
- Willing to train
- Team oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with working hours-based on the center's needs
