Willow Springs Surgery Center is seeking an experienced Scrub Tech to join our vascular clinical team who understand the needs of our patients and will put care above everything else. Willow Springs Scrub Techs work with the care team to assist in the treatment of patients in the pre-procedure, intra-procedure and post procedure phase of treatment.

What You’ll Do
• Performing procedures as ordered by the physician(s) in such a way to assure reliability of results and patient safety.
• Demonstrates knowledge and use of proper aseptic technique and procedural equipment.
• Sets up sterile table and assists with room turn over along with SPD.
• Prepares the operating room for procedures including retrieval of the basic supplies needed.
• Assists the physicians with fluoroscopic procedures and special radiographic procedures.
• Follows radiation safety, universal precautions, infection control, sterile technique and fire safety.
• Maintain documentation of patient testing information.
• Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
• Basic life support certification preferred
• 1 year patient care experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent patient care and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to maintain professionalism and customer focus in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Must be self-started who can work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, fast paced, team environment.
• Patient-focused with strong communication and organizational skills.
• EMR experience
