We are seeking a motivated and organized bookkeeper/ office administrator to join our accounting firm. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while also ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. In addition to receptionist duties, this role will perform various bookkeeping tasks for clients. 30-40 hours a week year round, we are busier Jan - April and are more flexible in the summer. Position is hourly. No benefits. Position accrues time off per hour worked. No degree required, on the job experience is preferred.
