KP is looking for an experienced and highly organized IT Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee a range of IT-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. This role is an exciting opportunity to manage various complex projects within our organization while contributing to our IT infrastructure’s long-term growth and development.
Support company strategic plan, aligning IT activities with organizational priorities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand project objectives, priorities, and technical requirements.
- Foster effective communication between the IT team, members, and other departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related communications with leadership members and business stakeholders.
Provide expert Project management on IT projects and programs:
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects from initiation through completion.
- Manage ERP implementations and upgrades.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to meet project milestones.
- Manage project budgets and track project expenses.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including external vendors, to drive project progress and resolve issues as they arise.
Serve as a senior consultant to business unit executives to improve organizational effectiveness:
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and services, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Assess and implement IT infrastructure needs as the organization grows, ensuring systems are scalable and secure.

Requirements:Education, Experience, and Training (Knowledge):
- Bachelor’s Degree with Technical Competencies
- Ten (10) years of industry experience
- Significant experience, with examples, as a Project Manager for multiple IT projects.
- Certificates and Licenses: Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, ITIL, or similar are preferred.
Skills and abilities:
- Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale IT projects from concept to delivery.
- Experience in managing ERP migrations, implementations, and upgrades.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, network infrastructure, telecommunications, and software development lifecycle.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate complex technical challenges and work under pressure.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks effectively.
- Familiarity with IT governance, policies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with project management software (FreshService experience beneficial).
- Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement in IT practices.
