**This is a full time permanent role**
The Role:
Our leading law firm client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a high-profile senior-level Counsel. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and client service support both internally and externally.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Displaying professionalism when handling high-profile and confidential clients, acting as the primary point of contact for key communications;
- Maintaining a consistent physical presence to foster a collaborative environment, ensuring optimized assignment and peer support for seamless service;
- Managing, monitoring, and prioritizing emails and multiple priorities;
- Coordinating heavy schedules, including calendaring and global travel arrangements;
- Drafting, reviewing, and editing documents and correspondence;
- Maintaining and managing both physical and electronic documents and files;
- Collaborating with other assistants and firm resources to coordinate tasks and projects;
- Handling administrative functions and facilitating the completion of expense entries, client-related tasks, and other administrative projects as assigned;
- Managing the administrative practice of the attorney to ensure service levels meet client requirements;
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and working overtime as required.
Desired Skills:
- Advanced organizational, prioritization, coordination, and team-working skills;
- High proficiency in English grammar, spelling, and punctuation;
- Expertise in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and document management applications;
- In-depth knowledge of timekeeping, expense processing, legal billing, and relevant jurisdictional processes and procedures;
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results while adhering to firm policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- At least 4 years of administrative experience is required.
