What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant to Co-Founders position at Northbound Executive Search?
We have an opportunity for a dedicated, organized, and professional Executive Assistant to work as a right hand, thought-partner to the Co-Founders of a successful investment firm. As their EA, you will provide seamless scheduling and coordination support and communicate on their behalf with investors and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the calendars and scheduling for 2 Co-Founders.
- Book and coordinate domestic and international draft arrangements.
- Draft emails, reports, and meeting notes; handle communications on behalf of the co-founders.
- Organize internal and external meetings, including preparing materials and tracking follow-ups.
- Assist with research, project management, and other ad-hoc tasks.
- Maintain confidential documents.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as an executive assistant to c-level executives or founders in asset management; ideally coming from a small sized firm (20 - 100 employees).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Positive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Details:
- Hybrid in office - Fridays work from home
- $120,000 - 145,000 base salary
- Discretionary bonus (10-15%)
