**This is a full time permanent role**
The Role:
Our leading law firm client is seeking a skilled commercial real estate paralegal to join their expanding Phoenix Real Estate Group.
Job Duties:
- Analyze title commitments, exception documents, and surveys; draft title objection letters.
- Manage all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from initiation to closure.
- Create and modify easements, declarations, licenses, and various agreements.
- Prepare and coordinate closing documents and instructions.
- Liaise with clients and opposing counsel.
- Handle general real estate duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in complex real estate transactions, particularly with institutional clients.
- Experience in commercial development, acquisition, and disposition.
- Knowledge of commercial leasing and lending is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong client communication skills and a team-oriented approach are crucial.
