What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Safety Attendant FT 12hr (Nights) position at KPC Health?
Under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN), the Patient Attendant (PA) maintains a safe environment and provides continuous observation of patients who are placed under close monitoring for safety reasons. The PA must be able to observe the patient to ensure he / she is safe and report any unsafe conditions and / or behavior to the RN.
Requirements :
- Required License / Certifications : BLS
- MAB certificate (or similar de-escalation course) within 90 days upon hire
