What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Safety Attendant - Per Diem, 12hrs (Varied) position at KPC Health?
Under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN), the Patient Attendant (PA) maintains a safe environment and provides continuous observation of patients who are placed under close monitoring for safety reasons. The PA must be able to observe the patient to ensure he / she is safe and report any unsafe conditions and / or behavior to the RN.
Requirements :
- Required License / Certifications : BLS
- MAB certificate (or similar de-escalation course) within 90 days upon hire
