Tech Delivery Lead (TDL)
Hybrid - 3 days per week Onsite in either St Paul, MN or Marlboro, MA.
Not looking for 100% Technical hands on experience, but it will require someone that can roll up their sleeves and get in there technically on occasion.

The Tech Delivery lead must bridge three common agile roles in order to ensure product delivery occurs: Technical Product Owner, Scrum Master, & Enterprise Architect. The TDL works closely with the Contract AI Solution Architect to lead the overall capability. The TDL is responsible for setting and managing the product roadmap and guiding teams and stakeholder through to success, identifying and coordinating with external teams/technology that provide key inputs or outputs to the solution, and acts as the main business translator for the intake of requirements and the dissemination of information. The TDL collaboratively shapes the future of current/new use cases: lead side by side with digital colleagues to define and deliver solutions. And ultimately, ensures the product is bringing value to end users.
Responsibilities:
Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the unit
End to end team output strategy from inception to production
Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements
Developing and maintaining KPIs and quantitative measures of product success that are understandable both by internal & external stakeholders of varying organizational levels
Works closely with leadership to establish each product’s business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary
Facilitates release planning with stakeholders as well as weekly demos
Is a key role on Agile team(s) and works onsite with the team on a daily basis
Integrates usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design
Align outward facing product requirements and stakeholders
Key Skills:
Domain Expertise:
Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the relevant industry (Quote to Cash: Quoting, Pricing, Contracting)
Experienced with complex, cloud-native technical architectures and the alignment to enterprise architecture standards.
Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business
Proven knowledge and understanding of software development practices, technology and supporting industry principles that maximize team velocity
Understanding and knowledge of various roles throughout the enterprise in both IT and business units, ability to drive alignment and understanding between stakeholders
Agile/Digital Experience:
Experienced in facilitating agile ceremonies, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up, etc.)
Deep experience leading with teams in an agile setting
Individual Skills:
Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor
Strong communication skills with comfort in speaking with business stakeholders
Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress
Understands enterprise architecture and can drive alignment within team; technical background as developer or architect preferred
