Job Description :
Partial Remote, in office Tuesday / Wednesday every week. Construction Project Lead– Marlborough, MA Construction Project Lead directly oversees miscellaneous construction and signage projects within the different chains. Aids in project schedules and assigning General Contractors and / or Sign Vendors. Distributes all required project documents to external and internal contacts. Negotiates pricing, reviews and approves proposals and invoices, tracks progress and ensures close-outs for all miscellaneous construction and signage initiatives assigned. Supplies Field Organization and Management updates detailing the status of all miscellaneous construction and signage initiatives on a regular basis.
Responsibilities :
- Create Construction contract preparation memos and DocuSigns for all assigned projects.
- Ensure Sign Vendors adhere to contract pricing and specifications for all assigned projects.
- Track and adhere to budgets, review, and approve proposals and invoices for all assigned construction and signage projects.
- Award miscellaneous construction projects to General Contractors and / or Sign Vendors.
- Sends kick-off emails for all assigned projects, conducts remote kick-off meetings for applicable project types.
- Track progress of all assigned projects.
- Responsible for adjusting Contractor schedule strategies to ensure timely completion of projects and cost-effective execution methods.
- Perform related administrative tasks on a regular basis.
