Position Summary :
As a Senior Construction Project Manager , you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to execution. Your role will involve precise coordination, budget management, and subcontractor oversight to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the main point of contact for all project stakeholders and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures.
Pre-Requisities :
Minimum 10 year as Construction Project Manager
Massachusetts CSL (PREFERRED)
OSHA Certified 30 Hour (REQUIRED)
Drivers License (REQUIRED)
Safety standards knowledge and enforcement
Key Responsibilities :
Pre-Construction, project start-up and ongoing of projects, project closeout and project financial management.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk the job site, including climbing ladders and traversing uneven surfaces.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods during meetings or computer work.
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites.
