Summary
We are seeking a Community Association AssistantManager to assist with day to day operations of HOA communities. The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of communities and supporting the administrative needs of additional communities. This position offers a career progression that leads to a position as a Community Manager.
This position is in located in Dallas, TX (Walnut Hill Lane Hwy 75).

Duties
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Work with a small portfolio of HOA communities.
Resale coordination for communities via Home Wise Docs. Training provided.
Answering questions for buyers, sellers, real estate agents, transaction coordinators and lenders, to ensure an easy and successful experience.
Processing resale files for closing and providing account statements.
Handle billing questions via email and phone.
Transfer calls to appropriate parties.
Working extensively with Vantaca software. Training provided.
Conflict de-escalation and resolution with difficult or upset customers.
Following up on outstanding issues.
Communicate effectively with owners to resolve billing issues and provide billing support.
Provide high level customer service Internal and external emails.
Work with Managers on daily operational l needs of communities.
Anticipate internal and external needs.
Answer questions regarding AR, AP and Financial Statements.
Support hiring and scheduling of contractors to maintain Association standards.

Working knowledge of keyboard and software navigation.

Maintains a calming demeanor during customer phone interaction and peak times.
Anticipates the needs of our clients by continually evaluating the environment during interfacing.
Delivers renowned customer service to all phone customers and drop-in homeowners by placing the customer first.
Desire to learn and grow within the company.
High School Diploma or GED Required.
