KPM is looking for an Lead Maintenance to join the team at our in our Dallas, TX property!
This is a full time position and compensation will range based on experience.
The Lead Maintenance role is responsible for overseeing the physical property, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects.

- Coordinate and schedule appropriate safety and skills training for maintenance employee s
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenanc e
- Oversee maintenance staff, prepare weekly maintenance schedules, and allocate work to appropriate team member s
- Contribute to the development of the overall maintenance budget and ensure compliance at the propert y
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment and replenish as neede d
