KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Infra Services to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.

Responsibilities :

• Support and maintain the corporate enterprise mobility devices and platform, including the Intune server support, troubleshooting and upgrades; perform health checks on the Intune platform; conduct internal Mobile Applications testing, and support applications being published through Intune
• Provide second level support as required to internal clients
• Partner with Architecture and Engineering teams in deploying new technologies and solutions
• Assist in developing, organizing and maintaining operational procedures and documentation (technical and non-technical) and in producing as well as obtaining reports on usage and inventory of wireless devices
• Assist the Manager in performing routine system administration tasks including application patches, upgrades, backups and configuration changes
• Handle wireless carrier engagement and billing inquiries
