Responsibilities:
- Execute strategic direction of practice leadership and guide coordinated tactical action plans of the infrastructure/operational processes supporting the practice, based on changing business needs and objectives
- Team with service line Support Team; collaborate with other Business Process Group (BPG) support such as Business Unit (BU) Chiefs of Staff, Human Resources (HR), Finance and Accounting, Recruiting, Chief Growth Officer (CGO) teams; provide communications support such as drafting emails, reports, memos, internal presentations
- Analyze relevant practice metrics for all markets and services within the vertical, working closely with leadership on strategic and tactical operational changes that can influence achievement of objectives
- Act as a thought partner to the practice leader, helping to identify priorities and set operational goals; regularly revisit and assess progress to goals, brainstorming and identifying solutions to challenges in achieving those goals
- Plan leadership and other practice wide meetings, develop agenda and materials; participate in meeting and oversee resulting action items
- Identify and/or manage practice-wide and national strategic initiatives or projects; participate on cross-functional and/or tax national task forces and work streams as opportunities are presented
- Minimum seven years of recent experience in one or more business related areas such as accounting, finance, human resources, resource management, marketing or general business operations
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in accounting, business administration, finance, human resources, other related field, or sufficient work experience that demonstrates capabilities and prior knowledge
- Ability to work independently and provide guidance as well as strategic advice to executive level management across all practice operational areas
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical and negotiating skills required
