Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to capture quantitative and qualitative price intelligence in the professional services industry; analyze external market data to identify trends, benchmarks, and competitive insights; manage ambiguity in price intelligence availability, proactively identifying creative approaches to fill gaps; partner with internal and external stakeholders to source, validate, and interpret data for actionable insights
- Leverage internal data to identify opportunities, assess pricing strategies, and align with business goals; develop dashboards and analytics in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Alteryx to support strategic decision-making; monitor and analyze pricing performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize pricing strategies and drive profitability; collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data insights into actionable business strategies
- Lead the design and deployment of AI and machine learning-driven self-serve tools to scale insights across the organization; create user-friendly tools that empower non-technical stakeholders to derive meaningful insights independently; work closely with technology teams to ensure the seamless integration of analytics tools into existing platforms, enhancing scalability and accessibility
- Convert complex data analyses into clear, strategic recommendations tailored for leadership and key stakeholders; deliver insights through compelling visualizations and narratives that support business cases and strategic initiatives; establish reporting frameworks to measure the impact of market insights and analytics initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with goals
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering expertise in data analytics, visualization, and strategic application; collaborate with other Pricing Center of Excellence (PCE) teams and functional leaders to align analytics initiatives with the broader pricing transformation program, driving cohesion and impact across
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in data analytics, price intelligence, or strategy development roles, ideally within professional services or consulting
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in data analytics, economics, business, statistics, or a related field; Master's degree from an accredited college/university preferred
- Experience with pricing strategy and price intelligence development is highly preferred; background navigating ambiguous data environments and extracting meaningful insights
- Advanced proficiency in Alteryx, Power BI, Excel, and SQL; experience with AI and machine learning technologies to develop scalable analytical solutions
- Strong data visualization skills, with an ability to convey insights through clear and compelling dashboards; demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proactive and creative approach to tackling challenges; excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior leadership; strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities across diverse, cross-functional teams; comfort with ambiguity, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments
