KPMG is currently seeking a Contracts and Asset Management Lifecycle Manager to join our Digital Nexus organization.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Power BI to analyze and visualize data, providing custom dashboards, reports, insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Leverage ServiceNow Data Analytics to extract, transform, and analyze data for reporting and decision-making purposes
- Apply Flexera One IT visibility to gain insights into IT assets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure compliance with End of Support dates
- Identify and implement process, as well as data analysis automation solutions that utilize AI tools including Co-Pilot and GenAI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and requirements
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise while ensuring accurate and up-to-date project documentation is maintained
- Minimum five years of recent experience with ServiceNow Data Analytics, including data extraction, transformation, and reporting
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field such as computer science, information systems
- Experience with ServiceNow Data Analytics, including data extraction, transformation, reporting, Power BI, with the ability to analyze and visualize complex data sets
- Familiarity with Flexera One IT Visibility or similar IT asset management tools
- Hands on experience with AI tools including prompting design, creation, and implementation
- Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
