About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Management Specialist to join our team at Seneca Resources. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the total performance of services 24/7/365 at our customer's operations.
Your primary focus will be on achieving operational performance objectives, cost savings, and maintaining employee morale, safety culture, retention, and productivity. You will work closely with our Vice President to develop and execute strategic direction, as well as implement identified strategic programs such as CMMS Implementation, SOP development, Vendor Management Program, reliability maintenance program, Cap Ex development, equipment assessments, Root Cause Analysis, safety program, quality program, increasing workforce productivity, and best practice application across our customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimize asset performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure effective procurement and supply chain management.
- Implement energy-efficient solutions and sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on asset management best practices.
- Develop and maintain asset management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Monitor and report on asset performance metrics to inform business decisions.
