KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Global Business Services to join our Business Process organization.
Responsibilities:
- Apply a thorough understanding of business transformation and project management; collaborate with internal customers and teams to manage key strategic Global Business Services (GBS) projects and programs
- Execute strategic initiatives and objectives, including but not limited to further evolving the business, optimizing the organizational design and expanding the breadth of services provided by GBS
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across different regions and functions to understand their needs and ensure GBS initiatives align with business requirements
- Utilize excellent analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements
- Communicate program status and be an advocate; take responsibility for proactive risk and issue management; ensure mitigating strategies or contingencies are appropriately applied to anticipated risks and issues
- Act as a change agent; advise, develop and execute all aspects of change management and stakeholder adoption for projects and portfolios, to include but not limited to, communications, training, guidance and procedure
- Minimum five years of recent experience in process improvement, service delivery optimization, and change management
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
- Background in process improvement, service delivery optimization, and change management
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to manage three medium risk projects and/or one program of small to medium complexity projects concurrently, including multi-phase, multi-track projects with up to thirty project team members
- Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; ability to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; great trouble-shooting and organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; capability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
