KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Advisory Project Management to join our Talent & Culture team.
Responsibilities:
- Track and report on the advisory group's Talent and Culture portfolio and account team initiatives, as well as lead several programs/projects the account team's initiatives; develop and execute comprehensive project plans such as define scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables for the advisory account team projects, including project plans, meeting agendas, slide decks, follow-up materials, key communications, and stakeholder considerations; manage proactively risks, issues and changes; resolve issues that may impact project delivery; ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Serve as an active member of the Core account team, providing both project management and strategic input based on human capital expertise, as well as collaborate with Talent and Culture project/program managers across Advisory business units to ensure integrated and resource-optimized programs that leverage commonalities and automation opportunities
- Collaborate with the Advisory account team lead to bridge the business talent needs with Talent and Culture's capabilities
- Manage and monitor portfolio/program budgetary requirements, using standardized reporting tools to track progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and return on investment (ROI), and present updates to leadership
- Present project proposals and statuses, ensuring transparency and clarity in communications, as well as facilitate project meetings, capture action items, and ensure follow-up with cross-functional teams for alignment and task execution
- Participate in change management initiatives and provide strategic input to improve project outcomes based on human capital expertise
- Minimum six years of recent experience in managing project/programs and broad understanding of program as well as project management methodologies
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Project Management certification preferred
- Experience participating in, or managing human resource program/project management initiatives
- Background with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Planview (Clarizen)
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with senior leaders; excellent time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines; profound leadership skills and the capability to work independently
