Manager, Tax Proposal Operations

KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Tax Proposal Ops to support Asset Management, Development and Exempt Organization, and Trade and Customs pursuits within our Tax organization.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the tax proposal ops team leader as well as respective service line/practice leadership to create, maintain and update proposal templates on a continuous basis
• Allocate guidance on service line; practice-specific resources available for the pursuit process; provide guidance on proposal strategy, writing, design, and orals coaching support as well as how to request assistance
• Engage in strategic proposals for Asset Management, Development and Exempt Organizations, and Trade and Custom, and drive the execution of the pursuit process (manage the pursuit workplan, drafting the proposal outline, putting together proposal content for team's review)
• Lead initial discussion with the team on value proposition to be covered in proposal documents, and at oral presentations including key win themes and differentiators
• Contribute to the development of compelling executive summaries (and other sections) to persuade potential clients to choose KPMG
• Attend proposal team calls, and pursuit debrief calls; assist with drafting orals map and provide feedback on orals collateral
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of recent experience with proposal management, knowledge management, marketing, writing, communications; supervisory experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, English, journalism or relevant field
• Experience with Salesforce preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to travel to attend internal meetings and trainings (some travel required)
