KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Oracle Functional Specialist to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2/3 application support to KPMG clients and users of cloud-based enterprise applications; execute the day-to-day maintenance activities, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews for a variety of clients
• Identify, document, and manage client business and functional requirements; assess client requirements and building product-specific functional specifications
• Drive efficiency by continuously improving business processes and task automation; collaborate with diverse onshore/offshore teammates on the software development process and agile methodologies
• Lead client-facing meetings, workshops, and presentations of key solution design, technology architecture concepts, and demonstrations to client stakeholders
• Work as part of a team to implement solutions in an Agile-SCRUM framework by writing epics and user stories
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of recent experience in post-production, managed services support, or consulting experience working directly with internal/external clients
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in the fields of management information systems, finance, supply chain, general business, or a related discipline
• Experience with upgrades and functional testing, with an understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM, and service desk management
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of standard processes and configurations across cloud applications
• Capability to scale projects from small to large, working closely with a mixed team including project managers, technical consultants (both on and offshore), and clients to deploy and operate technology solutions; able to identify a problem and enact a multi-step approach to research the cause and resolve
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; keen attention to detail; high level of accuracy in written and oral communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively
• Ability to travel up to 25%
