Duties:
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure that all orders are accurately prepared and presented to the correct room or location.
- Utilize Aloha POS to manage orders and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment in the kitchen, dining areas, and guest corridors.
- Provide assistance to other team members as needed, ensuring that all guests receive the highest level of service.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure a safe dining experience for our guests.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet our high standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment.
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS and other food service technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with the culinary team and other departments.
