KPOT seeks an experienced Restaurant Supervisor at our Canton, OH location. Should have minimum two-years’ experience in a Restaurant Manager/ leadership role, within a casual family dining concept.
Must be ServSafe or local Food handlers certified.
Salary range: DOE.
Responsibilities:
Oversight of all restaurant departments
- Adherence to brand standards and operational procedures
- Adherence to all Federal, State, and Local guidelines
- Integrates all company initiatives and emphasizes with applicable staff
- Hiring and staffing the restaurant to meet established staffing pars
- Daily log in of Social Media accounts
- Follow-up on corrective action where necessary
