Responsibilities- Manage a team of solar appointment setters, providing guidance, training, and support
- Set and monitor performance targets for the appointment setters
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds lead generation and appointment scheduling goals
- Implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the appointment setting process
- Review and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the sales team to align appointment setting strategies with sales objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and solar market developments
- Prior experience in a managerial role, preferably in sales or appointment setting
- Proven track record of managing a successful team
- Knowledge of solar energy and the renewable energy industry is a plus
