Job Summary:
As a Technology Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and building relationships with potential clients in the IT and document management sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls, promote our products and services, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients within the IT and document management sectors.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products, including copiers, printers, and IT solutions.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assist the sales team in closing deals.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and follow up on leads as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments set.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the technology or document management industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of IT solutions, copiers, and printers is preferred.
