Duties And Responsibilities
- Answers multi-line phone system and route calls appropriately, courteously and promptly
- Takes messages and distributes faxes as needed
- Receives visitors, determines nature of visit, contacts personnel
- Books meeting spaces
- Answers frequently asked questions
- Maintains up-to-date information regarding appropriate routing of telephone calls and faxes
- Preparation of domestic and international courier packages
- Assists with sales service projects, such as daily invoices and order review
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
- Courteous, cooperative and efficient manner with visitors, callers and company personnel
- Ability to use multi-line telephone system, routing calls promptly and accurately
- Ability to use various software programs
- Exhibits discretion and professionalism
- Arrives promptly and maintains regular attendance at work
- Able to successfully function within a fast-paced work environment
