Description
SUMMARY: This position will interface with all visitors and callers. A professional and exceptionally friendly demeanor is required to ensure we present a positive impression of the organization. Additionally, this position supports the internal customer by managing some scheduling logistics of the conference room, notifying individuals of visitors/deliveries and screening phone calls.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Answers multi-line phone system and route calls appropriately, courteously and promptly

Takes messages and distributes faxes as needed

Receives visitors, determines nature of visit, contacts personnel

Books meeting spaces

Answers frequently asked questions

Maintains up-to-date information regarding appropriate routing of telephone calls and faxes

Preparation of domestic and international courier packages

Assists with sales service projects, such as daily invoices and order review

Special projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Courteous, cooperative and efficient manner with visitors, callers and company personnel

Ability to use multi-line telephone system, routing calls promptly and accurately

Ability to use various software programs
