- The summary of this job is to manage the front desk of the facility. This includes answering phones, scheduling clients, overseeing online messaging through our software, and managing the flow of people in the lobby during pick ups/drop offs/lesson times.

- The skills required for this job are efficiency using office tools such as Microsoft Windows OS, Google Calendar, printers, and phones. A friendly demeanor is appreciated as this is a customer facing position.

- The work environment is a typical receptionist position however you will be around dogs of all sizes and temperaments. While we do keep the kennel room as quiet as possible, there are times where there is barking in the background.

- The physical demands require you to sit/stand at a desk for long periods of time. Sometimes help take dogs back to their kennels at drop off
