Accounting and Compliance Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Kranz Consulting. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, as well as managing the accounting function to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
- Manage the accounting function to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Perform and review complex accounting analyses, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and internal control compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- 3-5 years of accounting experience with a background in public accounting, 5-7 years of experience in industry with no public accounting
- CPA designation preferred
