Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Financial Operations to join our team at Kranz Consulting. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing the month-end and year-end closing processes, as well as developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and internal control compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and internal control compliance
- Coordinate and prepare for audits, including liaising with external auditors
- Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff to ensure the team's effectiveness and professional growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- 3-5 years of accounting experience with a background in public accounting, 5-7 years of experience in industry with no public accounting
- CPA designation preferred
