About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Accounting Expert to join our team at Kranz Consulting. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. You will also play a key role in driving and providing accurate financial reporting for our largest manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger functions
- Perform and review complex accounting analyses, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and internal control compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- 3-5 years of accounting experience with a background in public accounting, 5-7 years of experience in industry with no public accounting
- CPA designation preferred
