Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, including oil changes, brake repairs, and general vehicle maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service recommendations.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and services.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Follow up with customers regarding their service experience to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay informed about new automotive technologies and service techniques to provide the best advice to customers.
- Promote additional services and products that may benefit the customer’s vehicle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive service or repair is preferred, with knowledge of air brakes, oil changes, brake repair, and general vehicle maintenance.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Experience in cash handling and financial transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A background as a mechanic or service technician is preferred but not mandatory.
