Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and document functional specifications.
- Functional Design:
Develop detailed functional design documents to support the development and implementation of the Integrated Eligibility System (IES).
- Collaboration:
Work closely with development and System Integration Testing (SIT) teams to ensure smooth handoff of requirements and support successful project execution.
- Database Analysis:
Leverage DBA expertise to ensure effective integration of functional requirements with underlying database systems, supporting data quality, performance, and scalability.
- Documentation:
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design artifacts and requirement traceability.
Required Qualifications
- Functional Expertise:
Proven experience in gathering requirements and developing functional design documents for large-scale systems.
- Database Skills:
Hands-on experience with database administration, including query optimization, schema design, and data integration.
- Collaboration Skills:
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business and technical challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in functional analysis for government programs, especially healthcare and family services.
- Knowledge of Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) or similar large-scale eligibility platforms.
- Proficiency in preparing comprehensive design documentation.
- Strong understanding of database performance tuning and optimization techniques.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
