Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 12 years of experience in technical analysis or similar roles, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Experience working with automation tools like PowerShell or Azure CLI for system management and optimization.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools within Dynamics 365, including Power BI, to support business decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex system and performance issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate or Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.
- Experience in managing large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations and upgrades.
- Familiarity with database management and performance optimization, especially in a cloud environment.
- Experience working in regulated industries or public sector environments, with a focus on compliance standards such as HIPAA and GDPR.
