Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance/Application Testing Specialist to join our team.
The role involves both manual and automated testing, collaborating with development teams, documenting test results, and ensuring applications meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for software, websites, and applications.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to evaluate software performance and functionality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate closely with developers and other team members to resolve issues and improve system performance.
- Ensure software and applications meet the Client's quality standards and requirements.
- Create detailed documentation, including test cases, test results, and recommendations for improvements.
- Communicate findings effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Enter issues and defects as user stories or bugs into Azure DevOps for tracking and resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role.
- Proven experience in:
- Developing and documenting testing plans.
- Identifying and tracking bugs and defects.
- Working closely with developers and team members to resolve software issues.
- Communicating findings to stakeholders.
- Utilizing Azure DevOps for bug and story tracking.
- Strong understanding of quality standards and best practices in software testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
