Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Responsibilities
- Manage & Coordinate all external maintenance contractors, such as plumbing, pipefitting, fire safety inspections
- Develop and implement schedule and oversee : larger HVAC repairs, outside contractors, lab equipment utility connects, chiller / elevator / boiler / generator / electrical switchgear maintenance
- Conduct minor maintenance to building systems, such as HVAC and changing out filters, light bulbs, fixtures
- Coordination of Fire life safety inspections
- Upkeep of building life safety
- Manage pest control
- Fire alarm monitoring coverage & management
- Act as a liaison between the HSES & Facilities Manager and building Management Company on issues related to the facility including but not limited to :
- Conducting walk-throughs of areas to ensure no hazards exist.
- Landlord Vendor approval
- Meeting with vendors or contractors who are onsite to do repairs.
Warehouse Responsibilities
Additional duties as assigned to safely perform.
