Kratos has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Specialist who will have the following responsibilities:

• Be responsible for working within the workload management systems.
• Documentation Lead for our department.
• Create and manage processes and work instructions.
• Develop visual outline listing our processes and work instructions including gaps / holes.
• Work to fill in the blanks so we’re audit proof.
• Serve as Safety Focal for the FM team.
• Chair regular meetings with fellow Safety Focals on our team, foster inclusion, and participation.
• Document minutes, track all open items to completion.
• Participate in Training Committee meetings.
• Execute on Project Management responsibilities, as directed, and under the oversight of the Director.
• Be responsible for assisting with the execution of all maintenance and repair activities at the site.
• Work with outside contractors and Kratos personnel, and manage all work to completion, maintaining equipment at or above the level recommended by the manufacturer.
• Manage projects under the oversight of direct manager.
• Develop scopes of work for outside contractors / vendors.
• Share responsibility for on-call duties with other FM team members.
• 7 to 10 years in related field
• Microsoft Office

Competitive salary based on experience and education

Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000
