General Summary
Assistant Contract Administrators use knowledge of both government and commercial contracts laws and regulations to perform assignments and implement effective application of contract administration processes and procedures. iHas responsibility for interfacing with management and with other internal and external customers to proactively solve contract issues. iExperience with DoD, and / or other U.S. government agencies strongly desired. iData analysis skills are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Provide communication to internal and external customers regarding proposal efforts and contract negotiations and contract administration. Prepares and completes non-disclosure agreements and teaming agreements. Completes customer required vendor compliance certifications and other compliance certifications.
Assist in the administration of standard government and commercial contracts with limited assistance from senior personnel.
Examine contract administration outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Position Responsibilities
Pre-Award / Proposal Process : Assists in preparing and reviewing business proposals for the inclusion of correct business terms and fulfillment of proposal stipulations. iEnsure adherence to Kratos policies and guidelines relating to the submission of proposals and acceptance of agreements. Prepare customer compliance forms.
Post Award / Contract Performance Management : May monitor contract expenditures, support and participate in audit responses, and interface with internal and external customers as appropriate and necessary. iEnsures that contract documents can be received from customer portal sites. Ensures that Contract documents are properly executed and filed.

Required Experience :
Requirements / Minimum Qualifications
College degree - strongly recommended.
2 years relevant experience a plus.
Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR, DFAR, and other agency FAR supplements) and experience with commercial business principles a plus.
Proven ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment with limited supervision; excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Detail oriented, accurate, and thorough in working with both calculations and text of contract agreements.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to utilize MS Office and other software packages as required.
US citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
