We are looking for a used car director for what could be two roof tops. We want to see a PROVEN track record in used cars and consistency in your job time!

Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the used car department, including the buying, selling, and trading of used vehicles
- Monitor inventory levels and make strategic decisions to optimize profitability
- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to attract customers and maximize sales
- Ensure the proper maintenance and presentation of all used vehicles, including detailing and repairs
- Work closely with the sales team to provide training and support in effectively selling used cars
- Evaluate and appraise trade-in vehicles, providing accurate and competitive offers
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, auctions, and other sources for used car acquisitions
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to used car sales
- Handle any customer concerns or issues related to the used car department
