Position Summary:
The order expeditor is responsible for synchronizing and facilitating the flow of work and materials between and within departments. This may include pulling parts, frames, poly, covers based on production schedule and staging furniture pieces for upholsterers to maintain lead times.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to work with cross functional teams
Rush orders, coordinate production and provide materials to upholsterers
Must be able to work in fast work environment
This position requires manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and attention to detail to meet high quality standards.
Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 hours or more daily.
Requires lifting 50 lbs and more continuously with assistance
Must have organizational skills
Must be able to multitask
Able to work in a team environment
Have a high sense of urgency

Experience/Certifications/Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience with furniture sewing for at least three years
