Job Summary:
Assists the Customer Service Department in the functions related to materials vendors that are outside of purchasing, CSR’s and Shipping and Receiving.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Complete assignments involving the use of independent judgment and personal initiative
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, complex and high-pressure environment exercising tact and judgment in responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Collects certificates and quality surveys from material vendors and manages approval status in the system.
  • Complete customer supplier surveys related to product or manufacturer on customer portals
  • Process RMA’s
  • Process Freight Claims
  • Process IMDS/PAPP/PSW
  • Attend meetings as required.
  • Interfaces with Customer Service and Sales Reps in order to provide the customer with accurate responses to inquiries in a courteous and prompt manner.
  • Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining professional business relations with vendors and customers.
  • Presents a positive image of Krayden, Inc. by maintaining procedures required to professionally answer the telephone.
  • Process open order reports for the CSR department; be able to meet the minimum requirement of open order reports weekly to meet department KPI goal.
  • Work with other departments to provide the customer with accurate and up to date information for their orders as well as updating the system with this information.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to the customers by responding to each request in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Perform duties to AS/ISO and applicable procedures and regulations.
Work with the manufacturer as needed to provide the following documents for the customer:
  • Reach and ROHS Certificates
  • Conflict Minerals statements
  • AVL
  • Buy America
  • TSCA
  • Proposition 65
  • Annual NAFTA/Certificate of Origin
Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree is a plus
  • 1 year Customer Service experience in a high email environment; Distribution or Manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Strong PC and computer software experience including Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, and CRM.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Exceptional listening, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
