Founded in 2019, Kreative Media is a full-service creative agency with a passion for building bold brands, authentic content, and measurable growth. As we continue to expand our capabilities, we are launching a dedicated Influencer Marketing Department to strengthen how we connect our clients with trusted voices in the digital space.
We’re looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and strategic Influencer Marketing Director to build this department from the ground up—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the influencer ecosystem inside and out, and is ready to lead both the vision and the execution.
- Build, lead, and grow Kreative Media’s Influencer Marketing division from the ground up, including process development, platform sourcing, and hiring roadmaps.
- Define and implement operational processes, tools, and reporting structures to scale campaign management and influencer relationships.
- Own the development of a robust influencer database—tracking categories, audiences, demographics, engagement, and deliverable history.
- Build and maintain long-term, healthy relationships with both influencers and brands—serving as a trusted point of contact on behalf of Kreative Media.
- Communicate daily with talent to manage campaign updates, open offers, performance feedback, and content approvals.
- Ensure timely, clear, and professional communication across all parties.
- Oversee influencer campaigns from concept to execution, including:
- Talent identification and outreach
- Rate negotiation and contract review
- Product coordination and tracking
- Timeline and deliverable management
- Brief distribution and creative approvals
- Analytics gathering and post-campaign recaps
- Partner closely with Kreative Media’s internal social media team to align influencer content with campaign strategy, goals, and KPIs.
- Ensure all records, contracts, and deliverables are properly tracked using Monday to streamline invoicing, reporting, and project fulfillment.
- Troubleshoot content or contract issues that may arise with professionalism and tact.
- Maintain accurate documentation for earnings, reporting, and campaign status updates.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, creator behavior, and emerging influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.
- Proactively bring ideas, talent suggestions, and creative partnership opportunities to the table.
- Represent Kreative Media at events, activations, and networking opportunities within the influencer marketing space.
- 5 years of influencer marketing or talent management experience, ideally in an agency or brand setting
- Deep understanding of the creator economy, social media landscape, and platform-specific best practices
- Existing relationships with influencers, reps, and/or talent agencies is a major plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator with high emotional intelligence
- Entrepreneurial thinker who thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time and project management skills
- Confident leading campaigns, negotiating contracts, and delivering measurable results
- Collaborative and people-focused—you work well with cross-functional teams and external partners alike
