INTERNAL TITLE: Brand Manager
REPORTS TO: VP of Trend Social
OVERVIEW:
Brand Managers at Trend Social lead influencer programs on behalf of our clients. Brand Managers are responsible for supporting the objectives and workflow of the larger team, which includes day-to-day strategy and influencer campaign execution for our clients. This role requires an extremely organized individual, a strong communicator, and the ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Program/Campaign Management – Assist in deployment of Influencer Marketing programs and campaigns. Ensure all deliverables are met on time and on budget. Experience with Asana preferred.
- Influencer Campaign Strategy - Create compelling recommendations for existing and prospective clients, including internal and external materials and presentations.
- Existing Business – Contribute ideas and strategies to grow existing accounts. Stay current on each client’s market, competitive environment, and business goals to make Influencer Marketing recommendations.
- Account Planning - Responsible for compiling portions of first drafts of presentations, agency POVs, agency sales materials, and influencer communications with oversight from manager. Experience with Canva preferred.
- Reporting & Analysis – Responsible for working with software partners to collect, compile, and aggregate weekly and/or monthly reporting; making recommendations and optimizations based on insights. Experience with CreatorIQ or other IM software tools preferred.
- Vendor & Partner Knowledge – Research and stay abreast of new vendors/partners and submit recommendations to manager to set up meetings and demos.
- Relationship Management – Work seamlessly and effectively with all influencers, influencer managers and management companies, and members of the Trend Social team on all aspects of Influencer Marketing and client service.
- Team Development – Research and report on trends/best practices in Influencer Marketing, demonstrating an interest in and an aptitude for growing the agency’s offering.
QUALIFICATIONS/CHARACTERISTICS:
- 2-3 years of communications, social media and/or digital marketing experience
- 1-2 years project management experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for creator/influencer marketing, both professionally and personally
- Strong understanding of marketing and social media ecosystem
- Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and curious mind
- Experience vetting and communicating with social influencers is preferred
