Project Manager

Kreative Media is a dynamic and fast-paced marketing agency specializing in delivering exceptional branding, graphic design, copywriting, and web design solutions. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee client projects and ensure seamless execution from start to finish.

Project Management & Coordination:

• Manage multiple graphic design, copywriting, and small-scale web design projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Client Communication & Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Lead onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of project objectives.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.

Team Collaboration & Coordination:

• Collaborate with creative, copywriting, and development teams to allocate resources and align project priorities.
• Facilitate team meetings to ensure everyone is on track with tasks and deliverables.
• Identify and address potential bottlenecks or risks, proactively solving problems.

Quality Control & Performance Monitoring:

• Review and ensure the quality of deliverables meets agency and client standards before submission.
• Monitor and maintain adherence to brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Gather feedback post-project to refine processes and improve future outcomes.

Administrative & Reporting:

• Track project progress and provide status updates to internal teams and clients.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including briefs, reports, and post-project evaluations.
• Ensure all contractual obligations and agreements are met.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a marketing agency setting.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello) and familiarity with design and web tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress).
