About The Role
As a Project Manager based in Portsmouth, NH, you will apply your past project experience and knowledge to lead and oversee various cross-functional projects. You will collaborate with all engineering disciplines for industrial clients across North America and other regions. You will oversee complex design, construction, and maintenance projects that support infrastructure growth and innovation in key industries.

- Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams throughout all project phases, encompassing business development, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Additionally, mentor junior engineers and cultivate an environment that emphasizes excellence and continuous learning.
- Client Collaboration: Build strong client relationships, lead project planning and development, and ensure client goals are met with solutions that drive results.
- Innovation: Apply your technical expertise to execute and oversee projects that push the boundaries of traditional engineering design and implementation.
- Lead and execute innovative design and construction projects throughout North America, contributing to the advancement of future infrastructure.
- Develop comprehensive plans, specifications, proposals, and cost estimates for high-profile engineering projects.
- Oversee field engineering activities with a hands-on approach, including construction inspections, testing, and surveying to ensure projects meet the highest standards of excellence.
- Collaborate with a dynamic cross-functional team to deliver fully integrated and transformative project solutions.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality through meticulous QA/QC oversight and by critically reviewing all final design documentation.
- Engage in strategic project discussions, providing visionary engineering guidance and developing creative, impactful solutions to address unique project challenges.
- Education: BS or MS in Mechanical, Structural, Electrical or Civil Engineering
- PE Licensure: Highly desired with the ability to pursue multi-state licensure.
- Experience: 10 years in Engineering with proven expertise in heavy industry settings.
- Project Management: Experienced in methodologies for managing project schedules, costs, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to achieve project goals and client satisfaction.
- Technical Excellence: Proficiency in CAD suites such as AutoCAD and Revit as well as industry standard analyses tools for product design and evaluation.
- Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for team success and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
