About The Role
As a Structural Project Manager based in Portsmouth, NH, you will lead and develop a diverse portfolio of structural engineering projects for major industrial clients across North America and beyond. You will provide guidance and vision as a leader on complex design, construction, and maintenance projects that support infrastructure growth and innovation in critical industries.

- Leadership: Guide teams in all phases, from design through construction, while mentoring junior engineers and fostering an environment of excellence and continuous learning.
- Client Collaboration: Build strong client relationships, lead project planning and development, and ensure client goals are met with solutions that drive results.
- Innovation: Apply your technical expertise to execute and oversee projects that push the boundaries of traditional engineering design and implementation.
- Lead and execute major design and construction projects across the U.S. and Canada.
- Develop detailed plans, specifications, proposals, and cost estimates for high-profile engineering projects.
- Oversee field engineering, including construction inspections, testing, and surveying, to ensure successful project completion.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver fully integrated project solutions.
- Ensure project quality with comprehensive QA/QC oversight and review all final design documentation.
- Engage in strategic project discussions, providing expert engineering guidance and developing creative solutions to address unique project challenges.
- Education & Credentials: BS or MS in Civil or Structural Engineering, PE licensure with ability to pursue multi-state licensure.
- Experience: 10 years in Structural Engineering with proven expertise in heavy industry settings.
- Project Management: Skilled in methodologies that drive project success and client satisfaction.
- Technical Excellence: Proficient in CAD and Revit.
- Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for team success and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
